experience in Commercial Real Estate and Property Management.
Ivor personally oversees the leasing process from beginning to completion, including viewings, verifying tenant suitability and preparation of lease documents. His extensive experience and knowledge is invaluable when it comes to leasing commercial properties.
Ivor is supported by a team of experienced, professional, qualified property managers and administrative assistants who ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of Churchill Knight.
In addition, an associate company headed by Ivor Cohen, Capital Managed Investments Limited, holds an ASIC dealers’ licence which is a Responsible Entity for the purposes of managing property trusts.
