experience in Commercial Real Estate and Property Management.
Ivor personally oversees the leasing process from beginning to completion, including viewings, verifying tenant suitability and preparation of lease documents. His extensive experience and knowledge is invaluable when it comes to leasing commercial properties.
Ivor is supported by a team of experienced, professional, qualified property managers and administrative assistants who ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of Churchill Knight.
In addition, an associate company headed by Ivor Cohen, Capital Managed Investments Limited, holds an ASIC dealers’ licence which is a Responsible Entity for the purposes of managing property trusts.

Owners are kept informed of property maintenance, rent reviews and lease renewals. Maintenance issues are dealt with promptly and services such as gardening and cleaning are price reviewed on a regular basis.
During the course of vacant properties being advertised for lease, owners are kept updated with enquires and viewings from potential tenants as well as any feedback or opinions expressed during viewings. This is most often done via bcc to the client, (in emails when responding to tenant enquiries). Clients are updated in real time and see the nature of the enquiry and response to the prospective tenant.
