for charities and not for profit organisations
If you are representing and collecting on behalf of a Registered Charity or Not for Profit Organisation (strictly having volunteers attend the Centre) there will be no charge for you to display at the Centre. After submitting an inquiry, either via email or the form below: you will be asked to complete a Declaration Form, which states the company you are acting on behalf of (Registered Charity or Not for Profit Organisation) and provide verification that all profits raised at the Centre are strictly in the possession of the Registered Charity or Not for Profit Organisation you are fundraising for.
for local volunteers
If you are a local resident and wish to fund raise on behalf of a Committee or Community Organisation, there is also no fee charged. We encourage Local Schools and other Community Groups in both Beaumaris and Katanning Shopping Centres for Casual Mall Leasing. You will receive a Declaration of Not for Profit; the section requesting the “Registered Charity” would be the name of the Committee or Organisation you are fundraising for.
for companies and individuals
If you wish to display a stall at either Centre to sell products or promote your organisation, fees do apply. Please bear in mind, if your merchandise or service conflicts with those of any retail store in the Centre, we will be unable to accommodate you.
*Fees Applicable: $110.00 per day including GST
*Please note there are no discounts offered for weekly bookings, as we do not permit displays for no longer than 2-4 days in a row.
How to apply
To secure a booking, you must provide Churchill Knight with the following information: A current copy of your Public Liability Insurance Certificate of Currency. We advise the minimum Public Liability Insurance cover required is $10 million. Please check to make sure that your Certificate covers the dates you request, or you will need to re-apply.
Administration will be in contact with you within 2-4 working days to respond to your application/inquiry.
You will then be asked to verify and provide the following information:

Current Contact information and confirmation of Email Address (used for communications).

The Dates you wish to Display.

Which Centre you wish to Display.

If applicable, Your Organisation/Charity’s Name and ABN
If a fee is applicable when you make your booking, Churchill Knight will issue you with an invoice for payment. Once you have made payment, please forward your payment receipt to Churchill Knight before the date of display. If payment is not received within at least 3 working days prior, your booking may be cancelled.
For Registered Charities and Organisations, a signed Declaration Form (sent from Administration when responding to your application/inquiry) along with your Charitable Collections License.

CASUAL MALL AREA TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DISPLAY DISPLAY AREA Approximately 3 m x 3 m square.
All displays are limited to a height of 1.8 m.
Please no stands that have the potential to fall over or collapse.
PUBLIC LIABILITY
We advise the minimum Public Liability Insurance Cover required is $10 million. Please include a copy of Public Liability Insurance cover with your application.
Bookings will not proceed without proof of Insurance being sighted by Churchill Knight Administration.
SETTING UP AND DISMANTLING OF DISPLAY
Please note that setting up, removal and storage of display material and merchandise is the sole responsibility of your Company/Group.
Seeking assistance from Beaumaris City / Katanning Shopping Centre personnel is not permissible..
CODE OF CONDUCT – WE REQUEST THE FOLLOWING

You dress in a tidy and respectful manner.

Please be courteous to all the retail tenants and customers of the Shopping Centre.

You provide receipts to customers for all products purchased.

Should you be approached by a retail tenant asking you to move your display, we ask that you contact Churchill Knight immediately so that we may advise you of how to proceed. Please do not engage in a discussion with the tenant, so as to avoid any misunderstandings.
*If you are promoting a service, you are free to hand out advertising material, however your approach should be polite and respectful and in no way assertive. Any complaints from customers may result in cancellation of further bookings.
PRESENTATION OF DISPLAY
A high standard of presentation and promotion of your display to the public is expected. Please set up your display in a central position and no closer than 3 metres of a retail store, and away from their doorway and customer entrance areas.
*We suggest that you have your business cards on display as we often receive calls from customers wishing to purchase more product off Casual Mall Lease Clients.
PRESENTATION REQUIREMENTS ARE AS FOLLOWS
All Signage: All signage is to be of a professional standard in accordance with the image the Centre endeavours to uphold; No handwritten or stencilled signs will be permitted. No banners or tear drop flag signs are permissible.
Tables: To be covered with full length cloths provided by you (and not the Centre).
Electrical: Any power leads, extension cords and electrical cabling must be supplied by your Company/Group and remain concealed to prevent any risk to shoppers.
*All electrical appliances, lighting equipment and above mentioned must be tagged and be in accordance with Australian Worksafe Acts and Regulations.
ATTENDANCE AT DISPLAY: An attendant must always be present during the allocated CML hours that were requested. This includes up until 9:00 pm on Thursday evenings and other extended trading hours, including Sundays and Public Holidays (during certain periods). If you cannot meet this condition, your booking may be cancelled.
STORAGE OF DISPLAY MATERIAL
No display material will be stored over the weekend.
OTHER CONDITIONS
Motor Vehicles are Not Permitted inside the Shopping Centre. The Centre does not allow the use of PA systems, flashing lights and direct approaches to the public. Management and Staff of Beaumaris City Shopping Centre do not take responsibility for merchandise damaged or stolen throughout the duration of the display period.
Please note that Management of the Shopping Centre reserves the right to cancel the confirmation of this agreement at their discretion,, at any time prior to or during the period of the booking. However, should a cancellation occur, prior to the commencement of your booking or for a breach of these conditions, a full refund of all monies or a daily cancelled proportion thereof will be made.
