Terms & Conditions – Golden Ticket Promotional Offer
Promoter This promotional competition (“Promotion”) is conducted by Western Pacific Freeholds T/AS Churchill Knight Real Estate, Suite 9, 154 Hampden Road, Nedlands, WA 6009 (“the Promoter”).
Eligibility • The Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or over. • Participants must be the legal owner of the property being offered for sale. • Employees, contractors, and representatives of the Promoter (including their immediate families) or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion are not eligible.
Promotion Period • The Promotion commences on the 1st of September 2025 and closes once the maximum number of eligible participants has been reached. • The Promoter reserves the right to extend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at its sole discretion.
Offer Details • Eligible participants will receive up to $3,000 (incl. GST) towards marketing and advertising costs for the sale of their property upon signing a valid Exclusive Sales Agreement with Churchill Knight. • The Promotion is valid only during the Promotion Period and applies for the duration of the Exclusive Agency Agreement from the date of acceptance. • The offer is limited to a limited number of properties/clients on a strictly first-come, first-served basis. • Any additional marketing services or services provided beyond the Promotion Period will be charged at the Promoter’s standard rates.
How to Enter • To participate, individuals must email ck@churchillknight.com.au during the Promotion Period. • Entry is free, and no purchase is required.
Selection & Notification • Successful participants will be notified via email within two (2) business days of entry. • If a selected participant does not respond within two (2) business days, the Promoter reserves the right to reallocate the offer to another eligible participant.
Conditions of Use • The offer must be used strictly within the promotional timeframe. • The offer is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash or any other benefit. • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion or its terms without prior notice, where required due to unforeseen circumstances, regulatory changes, or other factors beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any participant or third party as a result of participating in the Promotion or using the offer. • The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
Privacy • Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used solely for administering the Promotion and providing the offer. • Entrants must ensure that any third-party personal information provided to the Promoter has been given with that person’s express or implied consent. • “Personal Information” has the meaning given under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (as amended).
Governing Law The laws of Western Australia govern these Terms and Conditions. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
Appraisal Price & Marketing Costs • Both Churchill Knight and the seller must mutually agree upon the appraisal price of the property before the Exclusive Sales Agreement is signed. • Any marketing and advertising costs exceeding $3,000 (incl. GST) are the responsibility of the seller and must be paid directly to Churchill Knight at the Promoter’s standard rates.
